·       Family Card

·       Birth certificate

·       High school diploma / equivalent

The flow of the passport making process:

·       The above documents are deposited with the document admin in the form of photocopies.

·       The admin will check and verify the completeness of the documents.

·       After the checked documents are complete, the candidate is informed to make a payment.

·       If the payment is complete, then the candidate fills in the passport registration form.

·       All validated documents will be processed to the Immigration Office.

·       After receiving a schedule from Immigration, the candidate is informed to make an online passport registration. Registration can be through the application or through the immigration website.

·       Candidates come to the Immigration Office for a photo session according to the specified schedule by bringing all ORIGINAL documents according to the requirements listed above.

·       The finished passport will be submitted to Crewwindow and the admin informs the candidate.
