As a licensed migrant labour recruitment agency, it is important to ensure that all services are provided in accordance with government and industry standards. As part of our commitment to providing the best service to our crew members, particularly in terms of protecting their rights, we have followed and implemented the service requirements of the ILO Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006, which has been certified by Lloyd's Register Asia following a rigorous audit. Its aim is to ensure the protection of seafarers' rights worldwide and to create a level field for countries and ship owners committed to provide proper working and living conditions for seafarers, as well as protect them from unfair competition from substandard vessels. The Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) of the International Labor Organization (ILO) is an international labor standard that sets out the rights and principles of decent working conditions for seafarers. The Convention applies to all merchant ships engaged in international trade, including passenger ships, cargo ships, and fishing vessels of a certain size. The Convention covers a wide range of areas relating to the employment of seafarers, including recruitment and placement, working conditions, accommodation, recreational facilities, food and catering, health protection, medical care, welfare and social security protection, and compliance and enforcement.
