For job placement in Turkey, Lasolas has a partnership with one of the placement agents located in Istanbul Turkey. Lasolas signed an MoU with the agent in Turkey in January 2023. The placement agent that has a partnership with Lasolas in Turkey is called AYC, which will assist candidates while they are in Turkey. AYC will help candidates from the time they arrive in Turkey and leave Turkey if the employment contract has ended. When the candidates arrive in Turkey, they will be picked up by staff from AYC, and will be transferred to the residence provided by the User.

AYC staff will assist the candidates with the necessary documents while they are in Turkey, and if the candidates experience problems while working in Turkey, they will be assisted to solve the problem. With this partnership, it is hoped that candidates who process with Lasolas will feel a sense of security, because when in Turkey they will be taken care of by our partner agent. The staff who work at AYC are mostly Indonesians who have lived in Turkey for a long time and some have even married Turkish people. So that communicating with the AYC agent will be easier if the Lasolas hotel staff has problems.

AYC will facilitate Lasolas with hotels in Turkey to arrange cooperation for the placement of candidates who have been interviewed by Lasolas staff.  Hotels that cooperate with Lasolas are well-known 5-star hotels in Turkey such as WOW Istanbul, Eresin Hotels Topkapi, Infinity By Yelken, Delta Hotel By Marriot, Elite World Sapanca Convention & Wellness Resort Deluxe Hotel, Tryp By Wyndham, and Elite World Europe. Lasolas has sent 40 hotel staff to each of these hotels.
